Rates: (in US Dollars) $300/night + 9% occupancy tax, 2 night minimum, up to 10 guests. $15/night for each additional person. 50% deposit to reserve date. Deposit 100% refundable if property is left the same as received. Total amount of rent is due 15 days prior to check in. If confirmed dates are cancelled within 15 days of arrival deposit is forfeited.
